Prerequisites
It is recommended that
candidates have 6 months to 1 year of experience with the product before taking

Registration Process
Candidate can register 156-315.77 Check Point Certified
Security Expert Exams
through Pearson VUE. A third party testing vendor. Pearson VUE offers a variety
of registration options. Candidate can register via the Web or visit a specific
testing center. Candidates can make registration at a testing center in advance
or on the day they want to appear in test, subject to availability.
All Check Point certifications
are valid for 2 years. Candidates can maintain their certifications with annual
continuing education credits.
Exam Preparation
Even though candidates are not
required to take course to become certified, it is strongly recommended that
all candidates who wish to prepare for 156-315.77
Check Point Certified Security Expert certification
exam do take training course. Candidates can self-study for the exams by
ordering course material directly from an Authorized Training Center.
Exam Details
All Check Point exams are
composed of multiple choice questions. Most multiple choice questions and
answers have five possible responses.
English speakers from
Australia, UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa are given 90
minutes to complete exams. For exams in Japanese candidates are allowed 90
minutes to complete it. For all other candidates, the examination time duration
is 120 minutes.
The total number of questions
that can be achieved on exam is 100 and candidates must earn at least a 70 on
an exam to pass.
