·         Implementation of IP Multicast- The candidates have to learn about PIM sparse mode, PIM, MSDP, source-specific multicast, IPv6 multicast, inter-domain multicast , multicast tools, features and related multicast protocols such as MLD.
·         Implement Network Security- The candidates are given objectives related to the Implement access lists, Implement zone-based firewall, uRPF, CoPP, Cisco IOS IPS, Cisco IOS Firewall,  SSH, IEEE 802.1X, routing, IP source guard.

The second part of the exam is lab based. The lab test is usually 8 hours long.
